October is round the corner and your KET lessons are about to start. Congratulations! Remember this year is YOUR YEAR, that is, this year you will be ready to sit for the official KET exam if you do all the things we will invite you to do both inside and outside your English classroom.
Take some time to have a look at this blog and don't forget to try the different links you will find in some of its entries. I am sure they all will be really useful for you.
But before we really start our year together, I would like to know something about you. So why don't you introduce yourself? You can find some information about me by clicking on my profile, too. Let the other people know who you are and what you like or hate, for example.

As for your hobbies, you said you loved dancing. Well, I think it is a fantastic hobby and very good for your health, too, because when you dance you move and this is good for your body and mind.
You also mention that you like stuying. That is also good because a person that studies with pleasure, learns faster and improves faster too. As for makeup, yes, I think makeup is also fantastic because you can change your appearance and look nicer. You say that you dislike false people and solitude. Well, I couldn't agree more with you. False people make me feel sad and uncomfortable. And solitude, well, solitude is not too bad if you want to be alone from time to tiem. But being always alone would be terrible for me.
I am very happy to have you in class. As you say, you are new and you need to know the other people and also me :) But I am sure that you will get on very well with all your classmates very soon as they seem to be very nice people.

You said that you have an older brother who helps you with your English. That's really nice!
You also mentioned that basketball is your hobby and that you practise it very often. So you must play really well, right? I can see that you have a picture next to your name where I can see someone playing basketball. Is that you?
I also like listening to music and watching TV and I think chocolate is delicious. I am sorry to hear that you hate exams because, unfortunately, we will have to do some exams from time to time. But, if you want to follow my advice, I would suggest you don't consider them exams but "opportunities to check what you have learned and what you still need to revise in order to improve". I know it's a bit difficult sometimes to think like this but I am sure that if you do so, exams won't look so terrible any more!
Finally, you mention that you would like to watch English films, to listen to songs and to play games this year. Perfect! As we are going to do all of these things this year apart from doing things in our books, of course.

Basketball is your hobby and you mention that this is your fourth year playing this sport at school. I am sure you are a fantastic basketball player, then! :)
As for music, you say you like listening to pop music but you don't like heavy metal or reggae. Well, I love pop but I also like some reggae songs, especially by Bob Marley. Have you ever heard any of his songs? As for heavy metal, I have to admit is not my kind of music either but there are some heavy metal ballads that are really beautiful.
Finally, you mention that this year you are a bit nervous because it's your first KET year and you hope to otbain good marks and learn to speak better. I am absolutely sure you will succeed in doing both things if you try hard as you are very responsible and mature. So don't worry and study hard, ok?

In general, I can understand your ideas quite well but there are some mistakes that you should try to avoid in the future, ok?
For example: in English we don't "HAVE YEARS", WE ARE YEARS OLD. So you don't "have 12 years", you ARE 12 YEARS OLD, ok?
You also mention that you have two brothers and that THEIR names are Ramon and Daniel. How does it feel being the only girl in the family? :)

My hobby is ice-skating and play the piano. I play the piano since I got six years, and I play ice-skating for a five years. You mention that you like many different types of music and thriller films, but not horror films. I agree with you when you say that horror films are usually disgusting :)
